Did I have a Love Story? Part -1

When the time has come and it takes its toll on us, when even the distance on which we were once proud of starts to weather away our belief. It's time for us to say "Good Bye!"

I had a belief that I have a heart and my love in it. My mind, body and soul clenched to win over her but now it seems all is just a fading rush of impulse. A niche created within me that echoes not to look back, love is fading away. I look up and see my desires. I never had the chance to live for my dreams, thinking I'm not what I am but meant to grow older and get settled like a petty common Indian man. Now that I've grown up to see a fraction of this little world, a taste of what they call "living," I desire of my life to be much more free of implications and full of aspirations.

A love and lover dreamt of  living their long and unpredictable life together. They never thought if they will ever be accepted for what they are, they never expected much. All they did was, besides keeping patience, sit alone and dream of what their future together would be when they get married. They were so contended with their dreams and pictured it so selfishly flawless that when the reality came in, it shook their faith. The lover was injected by venom of helplessness and was shown the bitter truth of his possible future. Unknown of these inexplicable corrosion of her lover's mind, love kept her faith and held her ground. By this time she had grown even more fond of her "lover".
Her lover on the other hand was suffocating, he wanted to keep his promises. The ones he made to his love, a life long commitment. The devil was laughing he kept his oven lit and was ready to throw in his love in it forever. He was desperate, he was helpless, he never thought his feelings could betray him and he found himself doomed into a God forsaken gloom where he can no longer tell his wants or confess his sins. He was now all alone by himself dragging the lifeless carcass of his "love" speaking to her as if she could respond. He expected nothing, he got none but for the time had come and he deceased as if he never did exist.

What Are you Afraid Of ?

Dear reader,
At this moment when this blog article is the neonatal stage of its formation, my mind hurls and my thoughts whams inside the morphological limits of the brain. Whimsical at times, I interrogate the validity of these questions that are raised in this aimless soul. What is the real essence of an individual anyway? Is it to be involved in a routine, is it to be rich with a big bank balance or is it to sustain a family. We are so involved in our daily lives, working day in and day out to fulfil our basic necessities and then we end up slave for the pace of time. Same routine, same task repeated all day long. While we see some people make the fortune again over and over again. We see them, envy them, praise them like they are celebrities. But what they actually are, humans like us. So what causes this difference anyway? We know,  "Time and Tide Waits For None."

It's still not too late to row your boat, put yourself through paces, keep yourself organized in a way that your schedules keep the strings pulled for you. A fecund mind never sleeps, knowingly or unknowingly it keeps producing thoughts worth selling. All it lacks is the way to establish its ground on the real plane.

"Earth is deteriorating my friends but the world is advancing."

Don't you find this absurd and contradicting in itself?
How can something die in & out and yet live through, stead through each day to a newer level?

Its simple, like what you do to yourself when you are sad and lonely, not living but dragging your carcass around sluggishly as if you were meant to be a liability after all. Well there is a secret of how to keep things on a right track and they never can go wrong. Just stop worrying and start giving out your strength to help the cause that may disturb you as a human. It might seem silly but keep a track of your every action every step, and every small act of kindness and true justice you make takes you to the big day- Your Success. Maintain a journal and maintain it well. Learn not to write what you do but do what you write. YES!!! you read the last line right, You might need to write the journal before you start the day and do what your journal says, for the rest of the day. Let the brilliant ideas in your head be jolted down in ink, give them a careful look then get up on your feet and start searching ways of getting those things done. You might need to keep the journal handy because you may never know your plans need a recourse. There might be many things that you didn't even know were the pre-requisites, a qualifier task to reach just a step closer to your plan that you might learn only when you are out on field. With the Internet, you can out reach any thing you want but just know that it may help to put you a fraction of step ahead, give your idea a head start but the rest of the project is under your guidance and is waiting for your intellect to work on it.

Getting Out Of Your Comfort Zone

Its not always easy for people to shake up a bit and start to do something out of the box. I was watching this Glee Season 1 episode 4 when I actually listened to what 'Sue Sylvester', the character who is a cheerio coach for McKinley High cheerleaders' group, said about sticking up for yourself and stop being in one's own comfort zone. There is a time when you find people tormenting and yelling at you for being different, to have chosen a different set of faith and beliefs because this is the cost that you pay for having to want something more than the world wants. They are threatened by your choice of courage to set another culture, a new trend of doing and no sleeping.
A very simple line that moved me was when she showed the striking similarity between a crowd cheering and abusing at you in a stadium and that is they both make noise. It is up to you how you are going to see it.
If you are convinced that they are cheering for you, they might will.
That is how Sue C's it ;-)

So for all those who look forward positively for their future or of their ward's future for that matter, stop treading the same old path but get out, shake up a bit and start doing things you never have imagined to do with your life. You will be surprised to see how life starts giving back to you sooner than you could have imagined.

Make Hay While The Sun Shines.

Time has a smart way of playing with your life and mess around with your lifestyle. It's a well known fact that what you had been doing is not what you do now. It's either better or worse, in either case there is a difference.
The floor you had been mopping from the past years have now shone and you can have a look of your glee face in it. Had you been insincerely working in the past years doesn't mean you don't deserve to be happy nor does it would mean you are not getting the share of the ripe luxury fruit which is in the demands of everyone.

You can Have It..

Refer the subject of this article, you can have your share as much as others are worthy. But for making this happen, one needs to learn the basic principles of "earning and giving away".
Think of it as investment of your little hard earned money in the market. Patience- is not the key which I'l preach you but it is the opposite. HELPING that money of yours to grow means you have to get actively involved in its utilization, backing it up with extra stash. When you see the efforts frothing with the cream, you know you got it.
As the many success stories of entrepreneurs, athletes, businessmen and politicians reveal that there is none as good a friend as you can be to yourself. Believing that Time will tick tock wind ahead and so will you.
Now a single spark in your dignity and integrity of your self respect will cause you to immensely dedicate yourself to something bigger or better. You will know sooner that things have started changing in your life. It's not the same any more like it was the way before. You have turned smarter in your life as well in your work.
You took some time to start what we call is right but just believe its never too late for you to have started stepping the first steps to reach for the ripe fruit of luxurious life.

The Secret

Godse is often a misunderstood character. He is referred to as a Hindu fanatic. It is often hard to understand Godse because the Government of India had suppressed information about him. His court statements, letters etc. were all banned from the public until recently. Judging from his writings one thing becomes very clear – He was no fanatic. His court statements are very well read out and indicate a calm and collected mental disposition. He never even once speaks ill about Gandhi as a person, but only attacks Gandhi's policies which caused ruin and untold misery to Hindus. Another interesting point to note is that Godse had been working with the Hindu refugees fleeing from Pakistan. He had seen the horrible atrocities committed on them. Many women had their hands cut off, nose cut off, even little girls had been raped mercilessly. Despite this Godse did not harm even single Muslim in India which he could easily have. So it would be a grave mistake to call him a Hindu fanatic.

Let us start by studying the motive behind Godse's act. By seeing the nature of the assassination in public space and Godse's act of turning himself over to the Police, we can see that Godse did not do this for personal reasons. He very well knew that he would be hanged and his name would be disgraced as Gandhi was considered a saint. And again Godse could have ran away and escaped punishment. But he did the reverse. He called a police officer and courted arrest. Before we proceed it would be wise to understand the backdrop of the assassination.

The central government had taken a decision — Pakistan will not be given Rs 55 crores. On January 13 Gandhi started a fast unto death that Pakistan must be given the money. On January 13, the central government changed its earlier decision and announced that Pakistan would be given the amount. On January 13, Nathuram decided to assassinate Gandhi.

Nathuram Godse was a learned man, very sharp and intelligent – editor of "Agrani" (one of the most famous newspaper of that time – with Nana Aapte). In his last editorial of "Agrani" which he changed overnight – he said "Gandhi must be stopped – at any cost" and he justified why Gandhiji's assassination was not only inevitable but also a delayed action, sth tht shud've happened LONG AGO.

In Nathuram's words - " I don't refute Gandhi's theory of non-violence. He may be a saint but he is not a politician. His theory of non-violence denies self-defence and self-interest. The non-violence that defines the fight for survival as violence is a theory not of non-violence but of self-destruction.The division of the nation was an unnecessary decision. What was the percentage of the Muslim population as compared to the population of the nation? There was no need for a separate nation. Had it been a just demand, Maulana Azad would not have stayed back in India. But because Jinnah insisted and because Gandhi took his side, India was divided, in spite of opposition from the nation, the Cabinet. An individual is never greater than a nation.

In a democracy you cannot put forward your demands at knife-point. Jinnah did it and Gandhi stabbed the nation with the same knife. He dissected the land and gave a piece to Pakistan. We did picket that time but in vain. The Father of our Nation went to perform his paternal duties for Pakistan! Gandhi blackmailed the cabinet with his fast unto death. His body, his threats to die are causing the destruction — geographical as well as economical — of the nation. Today, Muslims have taken a part of the nation, tomorrow Sikhs may ask for Punjab. The religions are again dividend into castes, they will demand sub-divisions of the divisions. What remains of the concept of one nation, national integration? Why did we fight the British in unison for independence? Why not separately? Bhagat Singh did not ask only for an independent Punjab or Subhash Chandra Bose for an independent Bengal?

I am going to assassinate him in the open, before the public, because I am going to do it as my duty. If I do it surreptitiously, it becomes a crime in my own eyes. I will not try to escape, I will surrender and naturally I will be hanged. One assassination, one hanging. I don't want two executions for one assassination and I don't want your involvement, participation or company. (This was for Nana-Apte and Veer Savarkar as they were against ghandhi's policies too, Godse wanted to assassinate gandhi all by himself and took promise from Nana Apte that he will continue helping Veer Savarkar in rebuilding India as a strong free nation.)

On January 30, I reached Birla Bhavan at 12 pm. Gandhi was sitting outside on a cot enjoying the sunshine. Vallabhbhai Patel's granddaughter was sitting at his feet. I had the revolver with me. I could have assassinated him easily then, but I was convinced that his assassination was to be a punishment and a sentence against him, and I would execute him. I wanted witnesses for the execution but there were none. I did not want to escape after the execution as there was not an iota of guilt in my mind. I wanted to surrender, but surrender to whom? There was a good crowd to collect for the evening prayers. I decided on the evening of January 30 as the date for Gandhi's execution.

Gandhi climbed the steps and came forward. He had kept his hands on the shoulders of the two girls. I wanted just three seconds more. I moved two steps forward and faced Gandhi. Now I wanted to take out the revolver and salute him for whatever sacrifice and service he had made for the nation. One of the two girls was dangerously close to Gandhi and I was afraid that she might be injured in the course of firing. As a precautionary measure I went one more step ahead, bowed before him and gently pushed the girl away from the firing line. The next moment I fired at Gandhi. Gandhi was very weak, there was a feeble sound like 'aah' (There are proof that Gandhi did NOT say "Hey Raam" at that time – it's just made up stuff ) from him and he fell down.

After the firing I raised my hand holding the revolver and shouted, 'Police, police'. For 30 seconds nobody came forward and I scanned the crowd. I saw a police officer. I signalled to him to come forward and arrest me. He came and caught my wrist, then a second man came and touched the revolver… I let it go…"

30th Jan K12

This is my first blog under the title 30th January, the very same date back in the year 1948 when Father Of Nation Shri Mahatma Gandhi was assassinated at point blank by Nathuram Godse. A black day in the history of independent India as a tribute to a man who worked for the freedom of all our countrymen. This tribute was at the cost of the faith on the frail figure Gandhiji by those millions of Indians. They dreamed of a country that would be led by a man who originally represented True India.
The question arises, "Why would an Indian, who claims to have fought for the country and believes that his actions were necessary for better future of India, assassin not only the legend figure but the faith and hopes of those millions of hearts?"

I would say that it was his belief and faith that led him to commit such a heinous act. When a man has faith, a belief that an action is necessary to improve a situation, he can go to extreme levels to accomplish the goal.

One's actions can be put to trial but you cannot judge one's faith!

An idea is like a wildfire that spreads by feeding on one's passion and thoughts. The country resented against the Bhramin Clan, this was an idea that was made by those millions of Indians after he was shot. The Maharashtrian Brahmin community was specifically targeted after it was known that the majority of the assassins were Chitpavan Brahmins. Many innocent Brahmins had faced the problems during this assassination in the Maharashtra state.

All this for the faith of one man, Why??
Because He had something to give.
